We know that for many people considering educational opportunities there are three key factors: cost, quality of education, and schedule. If scheduling is your number one concern we have some exciting news for you. At The Salon Professional Academy Washington DC we are offering our first part-time evening class for cosmetology!
Classes start August 21, 2017, and run Monday through Thursday, 5:30-9:30 PM. If you’re interested in starting a beauty career, here are four reasons this schedule may be the perfect fit for you!
- Tuition Special – Students who enroll in our August 21 class will get our special tuition discount. We’re offering $4,000 off your beauty education if you sign up for this class! Call our Admissions Team to learn more about how to take advantage of this killer deal.
- Keep Your Job – Nobody wants to be broke while they’re going to school. Enrolling in our part-time class allows you to work while going to school, which also allows you to pay your bills and helps you stay out of debt. It will mean that four days of your week feel very full, but the dedication and hustle now will have payoff in the long run. Many cosmetologists say that the sacrifices they made in school was worth years of doing what they love.
- Easy To Get To – If you’re worried that you live too far away or our school may be hard to get to, our campus is very accessible via public transportation. The NOMA stop on the Red Line in the D.C. Metro system is just a short walk away, three blocks north of our campus. Union Station, which serves as a stop for Metro, Amtrak and MARC trains, is also just a few blocks south of the school. If you drive, parking is available on nearly every corner and there is street parking in front of our building on K Street. Because of our close proximity to downtown, Uber and Lyft are also available. And, we even have a bike share station nearby if you want to go green and get some exercise!
- The Educational Experience – TSPA has an exclusive education collaboration with leading beauty brand, Redken. That means the cosmetology curriculum you learn at our school was developed from the ground up in conjunction with beauty industry leaders and experts. Our instructors go through Redken training, learning the same things that Redken Artists do. The way they teach is based on Redken principles and includes things like one-on-one coaching. When you come in to tour our school, you can meet an instructor to ask them about the difference between how they teach and the experience you may have at other schools.
If you dream about creating beautifully colored hair, applying makeup, styling models for photoshoots or brides for weddings, we want you to come check out our cosmetology program. Beauty school can be hard work but don’t let that scare you! We’re here to help and support you along the way. Take the first step by filling out a form here, or call our Admissions Team at 202-216-9700 to schedule a tour of our school and learn more about the program.
