This is more than a traditional admissions role. It’s an opportunity to build relationships, guide prospective students through an important life decision and directly impact the growth of our school and community.

What You Will Do:

• Connect with prospective students through calls, texts, email and in-person tours.
• Guide applicants through the enrollment process from first inquiry to start date.
• Meet with prospective students and families for career planning sessions.
• Represent the academy at high schools, career fairs and community events.
• Support and participate in open houses and recruiting events.
• Build relationships and create an exceptional, welcoming experience.
• Maintain organized records and track prospective student progress.
• Work toward enrollment goals and consistently improve performance.

Growth & Compensation:

We believe in rewarding impact. This role includes a structured compensation plan with opportunities for increased earnings as performance goals are achieved.

We also offer a 90-day signing bonus, designed to recognize team members who come in, build momentum and make immediate impact.

Schedule:

This role includes a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional Saturday hours to accommodate prospective student availability. A general work week consists of an average of 38 hours.
