What You Will Do:

Facilitate engaging classroom and hands-on learning experiences.
Coach students as they build technical skills, confidence and professionalism.
Create a positive, supportive and high-energy learning environment.
Provide meaningful feedback that encourages growth and accountability.
Prepare students for licensure and long-term career success.
Participate in academy events, education programs, and team initiatives.
Continue developing your own technical, leadership and facilitation skills.

Who We Are Looking For:

Licensed cosmetologists or estheticians with industry experience.
Passionate about education and helping others succeed.
