TSPA DC Announces NEW 2024 Partnerships! January 6, 2024

We have exciting news at The Salon Professional Academy!  As an AWARD WINNING cosmetology, esthetics and nail technology academy, we are always striving to provide the very best in education to our students.  This will then allow us to provide the most cutting edge services to our guests!

For our cosmetology students, we have partnered with Sam Villa and are so happy to announce that we will now be including his tools in the kits that our students will use to perfect their craft!  This partnership allows us to expand the level of education for our students through Sam Villa’s industry leading programs.  Sam Villa has been a leader in the hair industry having won the prestigious NAHA Award in 2021 for Educator of the Year.  Sam’s tools have provided stylists with the opportunity to effortlessly perfect the looks their guests are asking for.  Now, our students will be able to create those looks for the guests that come to TSPA in DC.  The student kits will include Sam Villa’s shears, combs, clips, brushes, blow dryer and even thermal tools.  The Salon Professional Academy in DC is the only cosmetology school in DC offering this partnership to our students.

As for our esthetic students, there are a lot of new tools and products we have added in 2024 to enhance their education!  Our Master Esthetic students will now enjoy learning Dermalogica’s NanoInfusion Pen!  This unique system is a customizable treatment is used to help improve the look of skin texture, address visible signs of skin aging AND help to boost hydration.  Through our program our students will now be HydraFacial certified AND NanoInfusion certified!  Each Master Esthetic student will receive their very own NanoInfusion Pen in their student kit!

Keeping with Dermalogica partnerships, we have added a few items to the student kits for our Basic Esthetic students will now be receiving the Dermalogica Pro Power Peel student kits!  These chemical peels help to give guests their smoothest skin yet.  They help promote cell turnover to rejuvenate the skin and address a wide range of skin challenges.  As with our Master students, our Basic Esthetic students will be Pro Power Peel certified once they finish their initial 600-hour program.  Each student will learn how to prescribe the proper peel for the guests and then provide the treatment that comes with that protocol.  Dermalogica products will now also be included in the Basic Esthetic student kits helping them learn two skin care lines prior to graduation.

Providing the very best education to our students is the top priority of The Salon Professional Academy.  It is our mission to train our students to enter the beauty industry as the most prepared of any graduates in the DMV area.  We feel these new partnerships in 2024 will further help us achieve this mission!
